I love working out. I somehow find time to go to the gym 5-6 times a week and generally spend anywhere from 1-2 hours there. I am a normal person though- there are many times I dread going to the gym but I know how much better I feel (especially after a long day at work) after a workout. Over time I will be gathering some of my workout routines and tips I’ve learned from working out with a few trainers and friends and posting them here to share with you. I hope you enjoy and find motivation to work out using some of these fitness routines!
